Michael, the smallest of the original trio, carries quiet reminders of his difficult beginnings. Rescued from the same hoarding situation as Falkor and Meg, Michael arrived timid and cautious.
Even now, traces of survival behavior remain. Michael often grabs food and scurries away to eat alone — likely a result of competition and food insecurity from his early life. Yet beneath that uncertainty is a deeply sweet and affectionate pig who adores belly rubs and ripe bananas.
At Robin's Nest, Michael has become a powerful example of healing through safety and consistency. Here, we intentionally create an environment rooted in patience, calm, and respect — for both animals and humans alike.
