Bubbles is impossible not to love.
With his snow-white coat, expressive personality, and love of human interaction, Bubbles quickly became one of Robin's Nest's standout ambassadors. Raised closely with people, he thrives on attention and enjoys showing off tricks like spinning and sitting on command.
Like many sanctuary animals, however, his story also highlights the complicated realities of animal welfare. Kimber receives countless surrender requests every year, each involving difficult emotional decisions about resources, space, medical needs, and long-term care.
Thankfully for Bubbles, Robin's Nest was able to say "yes."
Today, Bubbles is receiving treatment for elbow dysplasia, a condition often linked to irresponsible breeding practices in miniature pigs. Despite his challenges, he remains joyful, gentle, and deeply connected to the people around him.
