Michelle Stanley

Michelle Stanley brings decades of leadership, operational expertise, and community service to the Robin's Nest Rescue Board of Directors. Following a distinguished 30+ year career in aerospace and defense with Rohr, Goodrich Aerospace, UTAS, and Collins Aerospace, Michelle built deep expertise in contracts, supply chain management, finance, operations, vendor negotiations, and strategic planning, while leading complex programs and cross-functional teams in highly regulated environments.

Since retiring from the aerospace industry, Michelle has devoted her time and talents to serving her local community through nonprofit leadership and volunteerism. She currently serves on the boards of the Ramona Senior Center and her homeowners association, where she supports budgeting, governance, fundraising, and community initiatives. Her prior service with Soroptimist International further reflects her commitment to giving back and creating meaningful impact.

A longtime Ramona resident with a heart for service, Michelle brings practical leadership, strong financial acumen, and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to problem solving. Her passion for community, events, and helping organizations thrive makes her a tremendous asset as Robin's Nest Rescue continues to grow its mission of healing and connection through rescued animals.
